Aims and Objectives:
Our courses are designed to give new and advanced users an insight into basic operations and troubleshooting. These are “hands-on” courses, designed to be attended by 2-3 users, and performed at the customer’s site, on a typical system.

By attending users can improve their ability to:

• Run samples using all their system’s capabilities
• Identify the source of a problem
• Fixing small problems themselves
• Improve the quality of their chromatographs
  

• Pre-operation technical advices
• System Troubleshooting: leaks, pressure anomalies
• Chromatograph improvements: broad peaks, irregular baselines, ghost peaks, poor resolution
• Basic day to day maintenance
• Regular preventative maintenance
• Practical advices and conclusion
