Contamination of column or guard
|
Remove guard column. If the problem is solved replace it. If not the problem is most likely due to a blocked column frit which may need replacing. Otherwise replace the analytical column.

Sample Solvent incompatible with mobile phase

Change solvent used in sample preparation. This will ideally be the mobile phase.
