Breakdown (unplanned Repairs) Options:

1. Either ad-hoc at current rates

2. Include a set number of pre-paid call outs, any unused at the end of the contract can be carried over at the renewal.

You choose, simply the level of breakdown support to your choice of options 2,3 or 5
