Deconstructing an Agilent (HP) GC Chromatogram Bin - 2005/11/28 17:23 Hi There,
I'm trying to 'read' into the binary chromatograms that come off of the Agilent 6890 GC's and was wondering if anyone can assist me with more information about them. Specifically, I want to enter the peak values directly as data into our in-house LIMS so I can do some fundamental QC before the integration stage to auto-reject.

We're currently using Thermo's Atlas software, but I'm finding it to be lacking in the intelligent integrations that we had thought it would perform.

Thanks for the help.
