Gentamicin Chemical Derivatization - 2005/11/28 18:53
Dear All,
I've been trying to derivatize gentamicin (aminoglycoside)complex containing c1,c2, and c1a but to no avail. Could anyone here with experience give a hand? I'm using OPA reagent to add the chromophore into the not readily uv-detectable genta. Thanks a lot
