Alliance 2695 Z-axis malfunction(5) - 2006/11/26 00:48
Hi All
Does anyone have any experience of Carousel Z-axis malfunction(5) errors on Alliance samplers?
We have encountered quite a few, and despite the best efforts of the manufacturer's engineers, we are still having errors even after our Alliance was replaced.
Are we unique, or is this a bad batch of instruments?
