admin Hello. Would like to ask for help regarding
this problem.

Whenever I tried to autotune for my GCMSD, I
will obtained a high EMV of 2300+. This
arises whenever I used a higher column flow
(in this case, 2mL/min). When i tried to
lower the column flow to..ie 1.8mL/min, I
will obtained a lower EMV. The question is,
is there a problem with my column? Is it
deteriorating or is there any other
problem???What can be done to correct this
problem?

FYI, I have cleaned the ion source but I knew
that this is not the problem due to the fact
that I obtained lower EMV with lower column
flow.

Thank yopu for your help and kind assistance.
