Method of HPLC with both CHlorhexidine and Lignica - 2005/06/17 07:02 Hello everybody,
i have a problem with the dosage and the separation of chlorhexidine digluconate and lignocaïne chlorhydrate in solution together by using a HPLC with a C18 column, and a mobile phase with methanol/water. In adition, i've peaks tailing.
If someone could help me, thanks a lot...
