 Article of mobile phase buffers (hplc) - 2005/06/17 06:58 These days I see a lot of discussions going on in some chromatography forums about how to prepare buffered mobile phases, the concentration of buffers, the solubility of buffers in mobile phases with organic solvent and so on...

On the webside (http://www.chromatographieonline.com) of LC/GC North America or LC/GC Europe interested users will find the section LC Troubleshooting and in this section three articels of mobile-phase buffers (November 2002 to January 2003:
Part I - The interpretation of pH in partially aqueous mobile phases
Part II - Buffer selection and capacity
Part III - Preparation of buffers

These (pdf-file)articles were written by John W. Dolan and i.m.h.o. worth to be read...
