Proteomics and Capillary - 2005/06/17 07:01 I'm wondering if separation of intact proteins with SEC in Protemics is of interesst. We are working on SEC capillaries, and other modes, for that application. Resolution and mass sensitivity is much higher, compared to 2D gels, and runtime is much shorter. If you are working in that field, and if you have the HPLC system to work with capillaries, we should come in touch. Please e-mail to gerhard.kratz@tosohbioscience.com
