What we're able to offer is software competent engineers, who can be made available to assist in resolving issues. There is a good level of technical knowledge amongst the engineers whom have arrived at LCS from a variety of backgrounds, some bringing specific manufacturer software expertise others proficient in "system control". This expertise comes free with any contract set up with LC Services, however there are obvious limitations and for this reason we're unable to offer 'Software contracts'.
In any case are aim is always to support finding a solution.
